Before embarking on real estate, Margaret had several years of experience in banking litigation and general litigation. Her real estate work includes the sale, purchase and refinancing of HDB, private and commercial property, and she has assisted in en bloc sales. She is a facilitator for the “Real Estate Practice” module, a compulsory subject in the preparatory course leading to Part B of the Singapore Bar examinations.

Bee Hoon's practice focuses on conveyancing. She advises clients on all aspects of property transactions, including sale and purchase, mortgage and refinancing for both private and public housing, as well as industrial and commercial properties. She acts for financial institutions and in security documentation, and also does general solicitor's work.

Haryadi has been with Pertinent Law LLP since 2022 and specialises in real estate conveyancing: buying, selling, financing and refinancing HDB, private, commercial and industrial properties for corporate and individual clients, including units under development, purchases under trust, decoupling, Sentosa bungalows, GCBs, JTC properties and HDB shophouses. He also handles collective sales and developer's work, has acted for CPF Board and most local and foreign banks in Singapore, and advises on tenancy agreements and tenancy disputes. He speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia, and has given numerous talks on conveyancing to real estate agencies.

Lorraine joined Pertinent Law in 2018 from a mid-sized law practice, where she set up and managed its HDB property law branch office in Toa Payoh. She takes a hands-on approach to her HDB files, from the purchase, sale, refinancing and redemption of resale and BTO flats to matrimonial part-share transfers and recess area matters.
